Two prices, one platform

There is no single sticker price because there are two parties: you buy wholesale, your students buy retail from you.

What academies pay us

Wholesale, per seat

You buy seats in blocks at a wholesale rate that falls as volume rises.
A seat unlocks the full mock — Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking — plus the AI tutoring and grading agents.
Add-ons (extra mocks, individual sections, extra tutoring credits) are available at wholesale too.
A one-off setup fee covers provisioning your branded tenant and domain.

What your students pay you

Retail, your call

You set the retail price for seats and add-ons — per student, per cohort, or bundled into a course.
Sell full mocks or let students buy individual OET sections, whichever suits your offer.
Whatever sits between wholesale and your retail is your margin to keep.
Your branding, your invoices, your relationship with the student.

The more seats, the lower the rate

Wholesale is volume-based: per-seat pricing steps down as your cohort grows. Exact rates depend on your volume, profession mix and term — so we quote them per academy rather than post a number that would not fit everyone.

Pilot

A small first cohort to prove the fit, at a starter wholesale rate with the setup fee.

Cohort

Recurring blocks of seats per term at a lower per-seat rate as volume grows.

Scale

Multi-cohort or multi-profession volume at the keenest per-seat rate, billed per term.

Priced to keep the platform healthy

We hold ourselves to a margin discipline (a high target with a firm floor) so the platform stays well-funded and dependable — and so the wholesale rate we give you is durable, not a loss-leader that disappears.

No surprise mark-ups

The cost of the AI tutoring and grading agents is built into the seat. You are not metered per message on the day.

Stable wholesale

Because we run to a healthy margin rather than chase the bottom, the rate you build your retail on does not lurch term to term.
