FIG 1.0 — About

The platform academies become, not a course they resell.

ProficientHub is an Agent-as-a-Service company: one multi-tenant engine of AI tutors and faithful computer-based exams that academies white-label under their own brand. OET Medicine is our live proof of concept.

FIG A — Why we exist

Good exam prep should not depend on a tutor's free evenings

Healthcare professionals sitting the OET are often studying around demanding jobs, in a second language, with high stakes attached to the result. The bottleneck is rarely a lack of practice papers — it is timely, specific feedback, and the chance to rehearse under real conditions as often as needed.

We built a platform where AI agents handle the parts that scale — playing exam-faithful mocks, grading Writing and Speaking against the criteria, and tutoring on demand — while teachers do the part that should not be automated: the final judgement. Academies put their brand on it and resell it to their students.

FIG B — What we believe

Principles we build to

Exam fidelity over everything

Practice should feel like the real computer-based test — structure, timing and on-screen behaviour — so nothing on the day is a surprise.

Provenance honesty

AI feedback is a fast first pass, marked provisional until a teacher signs it off. We never present a machine judgement as final or official.

The academy owns the student

We are white-label by default. Your brand, your domain, your relationship. We are the engine, not the face.

Privacy as the default

The academy is the data controller; we are the processor. We do not use student content to train models.
FIG C — Who we are

A small, early-stage team

ProficientHub is a trademark of Santaliestra Limited, based in Wexford, Ireland. We are an early-stage company building in the open with our first academies, and the OET Medicine vertical is where we prove the approach before extending to more professions and exams.

Honest note

ProficientHub is an independent, OET-style preparation platform and currently a proof of concept. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official test owner.
