How do I get access?: Access is through an academy that white-labels the platform. If your academy uses it, sign in with the details they gave you. If you're an academy, contact sales to get set up.
Are the AI grades final?: No. AI grading for Writing and Speaking is a fast, detailed first pass and is marked provisional until a teacher reviews and signs it off. Treat it as guidance, not certification.
What grade do I need?: Most regulators and employers ask for a B (around 350) in each sub-test, but requirements differ and change. Always confirm with the body you're applying to. See the band score explainer for the full picture.
Can I buy individual sections?: Depending on how your academy sets things up, you can sit a full mock or buy individual OET sections. Your academy controls pricing and what's offered.
How is my data handled?: Your academy is the data controller and we act as its processor. We don't use your content to train models, and authoritative exam state is held server-side. See your academy's privacy notice for details.
